Lord willing, our ceremony will be outside on the back lawn. We highly recommend either a block heel or something with enough area to keep you from sinking into the grass!

The closest airport is Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), which is 1 hour and 10 min from Cashiers. Your other closest options are: Greenville-Spartanburg International(GSP)- 1 hour 40 min from Cashiers, Atlanta International (ATL)- 2 hours 45 min from Cashiers, McGhee Tyson/Knoxville, TN(TYS)- 2 hours 45 min from Cashiers, - *for those flying themselves*- there are small local airports for non-commercial flights that you may want to look into, including: Jackson County Airport- 39 min from Cashiers, Macon County Airport- 53 min from Cashiers, Transylvania Community Airport- 53 min from Cashiers.

If you are flying to the wedding, we do suggest renting a car or calling a local driver to take you to and from the airport. Uber and Lyft are not common in Cashiers, so we don't recommend relying on them to get around.

The roads to Cashiers and around town are not for the faint of heart. We recommend dramamine if needed, as well as plenty of water and snacks.

Unless posted otherwise, we are currently asking everyone to drive themselves. Since everyone will be staying at separate places, we don't have any set pickup spots. That said, we want everyone to be so careful going home and with the narrow winding roads we will be cutting off the bar at 10:30pm with an 11pm send off. Feel free to carpool with others, but please don't drink and drive. We love you all too much :)

We will have the driver of each vehicle drop everyone off at the door. From there the driver will be asked to park in the lot at the bottom of the hill and we will have buses taking them back to the entrance.
